北京兴华会计师事务所基本情况

1992 年的春天，为了落实小平同志南巡讲话精神，北京市财政局一批有志青年走出机关，成立了北京兴华会计师事务所，十几年来北京兴华在社会各界大力支持下，经过全体同仁的艰苦努力， 2006 年完成业务收入 7027 万元， 2005 年完成业务收入 6245 万元，全国行业排名 24 位，北京市行业排名 14 位。 2007 年 12 月 31 日 我所与华夏天海会计师事务所合并，合并后本所的注册资本为 218 万元， 2007 年度的业务收入为 10597 万元，预计在 08 年度北京市行业排名在前十位以内。我所现有十位合伙人，注册会计师 194 名，员工 338 名。

多年来我所一直秉承以客户为本的执业服务理念，正确处理服务与监督的关系，赢得了监管机构和客户的好评。

北京兴华凭借坚实的专业实力，良好的执业记录，在 1995 年取得了财政部、证监会颁发的证券相关业务执业资格，帮助三十余家大中型国企改制上市。在 2001 年取得了中国人民银行、财政部颁发的从事金融相关审计业务资格，为数家商业银行和信托投资公司提供了年度审计服务，为一批企业提供了债转股审计，为天勤证券公司、中关村证券公司提供了清算审计服务。

近年来，我们积极参加了国家国资委组织的国企决算审计和离任审计工作，我所作为主审所或参审所，承担了中国新型建筑材料集团公司、中国成套设备进出口集团公司、中国恒天集团公司、中国纺织品进出口总公司、中国长江航运（集团）总公司、中国电子科技集团总公司、中国建筑总公司、中国兵器工业总公司、国家开发投资公司、中国冶金建设集团公司、北京有色金属研究总院等国有大型企业的年度审计或离任审计业务，积累了丰富的中央国企审计工作经验。

北京兴华 2000 年通过了马施云国际会计公司的严格考核，并经财政部批准，成为马施云国际成员所，从而使北京兴华跨入国际审计市场，为近十家企业境外上市提供了审计服务。

北京兴华一贯坚持专业制度建设，设立了技术标准与风险管理委员会，建立了一套完整的适合中国国情的执业规程。

Xinghua Certified Public Accountants, LTD, Beijing , was founded in 1992 and has achieved great accomplishments since its establishment under the encouragement of all the circles of society and arduous efforts of employees. With a 70,270,000 RMB performance of business income in 2006 and 62,450,000 RMB in 2005, Xinghua ranks 24 on the national list of accounting and auditing industry and 14 in Beijing . Relying on consolidated strength and a good track record, in 1995 Xinghua acquired service qualification in securities authorized by Mininstry of Finance and Securities and Futures Commission and assist 30-plus large and mid-sized companies with their transformation into shareholding system and going public. After getting the qualification of auditing service relating with finance granted by People's Bank of China and Mininstry of Finance, we provide annual auditing services for banks and trust and investment corporations, liquidation auditing for Dogain Securities Brokerage CO., LTD , Centergate Securities Co., Ltd and debt-into-stocks auditing for some other companies.

In recent years Xinghua joined in auditing tasks presided by State-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the State Council and accumulated rich experiences in accounts auditing and outgoing auditing. Xinghua went through the strict appraisal of Moore Stephens International in 2000 and obtained its membership under the ratification of Ministry of Finance so as to enter the international auditing markets and had the experience of auditing less than 10 companies for going public internationally.
