王全洲先生
王全洲先生为我所创始人，曾任北京市财政局会计处副处长、现任北京注册会计师协会副会长、北京资产评估协会副会长。
1979-1983年就读于北京财贸学院财金系，获经济学学士学位。
1983-1992年任职于北京市财政局，先后历任工管处、会计处副处长。
1993-1994年在中国人民大学会计系研究生班学习。
他曾在美国接受过毕马威会计公司和安达信会计公司的专业培训。对企业改制上市、年度审计、企业收购兼并、再融资等方面的工作具有丰富经验和指导能力。并在财税、经贸、金融、证券各界拥有广泛、良好关系。

谭红旭先生
谭红旭先生， 经济学博士， 中国注册会计师、高级会计师，兼任北京注册会计师协会专业技术指导委员会委员、联合证券IPO和再融资项目立项审核委员会外聘会计专家。
1993年－1997年任教于中央财经大学会计系，1997-1998年任职北京全聚德集团公司财务总监。之后加入北京兴华会计师事务所。
近年来曾全面主持和督导了河南竹林众生制药股份有限公司（国内主板）、河南三门峡天元铝业股份有限公司（香港创业板）和唐山晶源裕丰电子股份有限公司（国内中小企业板）等十多家上市公司的审计工作，对企业股份制改造、上市公司资产重组及相关会计、审计业务具有轧实的专业功底和丰富的实践经验。

胡毅女士
胡毅女士，注册会计师、注册税务师。
1988-1992年就读于北京经济学院财会系，获经济学学士学位。
1992年加入北京兴华会计师事务所，至今从业14年。她曾多次赴新加坡、台湾、香港等地交流考察，并于1996年赴香港马施云国际会计公司工作半年。她曾参加和主持了燕化高新、宝丽华实业、有研硅股、许继电器、广东福地、万东医疗、京能热电、空港科技园区等多家上市公司的上市审计、年度审计工作和再融资工作。

吴亦忻先生
吴亦忻先生，注册会计师、注册税务师。
1987--1991年就读于中央财经学院会计系，获经济学学士学位。
1991--1993年任职于北京市财政局政策研究室。
1993年加入北京兴华会计师事务所，至今从业13年，他长期从事改制上市、年度审计、企业收购兼并等方面的工作，有扎实的理论基础和丰富的实践经验，他曾参加和主持了许继电器、郑州煤电、顺鑫农业、大恒科技、中孚实业等多家上市公司的上市审计和年度审计工作。

吴术民先生1992年毕业于南开大学金融系，近十年政府财政部门工作经历，作为主管国有企业的政府官员，系统掌握国家财政、税收、金融、证券、保险、投融资等各项政策法规，指导企业制定成本预算、挖潜革新、转换机制、提高效益；作为资深注册会计师，曾组织并参与了若干大型国有企业、外资企业和其他各类企业改制、重组、年报审计、资产评估、绩效审计、资信评级、上市前审计；作为国家科技部“863计划”高科技领域项目课题评审专家组成员，曾参与了若干重大前沿科技项评审，受到科技部技术中心的高度评价。

孙建先生，曾任审计署驻交通部审计局企业审计处副处长、现任北京注册会计师协会理事，高级会计师。
1986年8月-1987年7月就职于交通部公路规划设计院财务科；

廖建波
廖建波 先生， 会计学硕士，中国注册会计师、注册资产评估师、注册税务师，兼任北京注册会计师协会注册管理委员会委员。 2007 年加入北京兴华会计师事务所，之前曾在国务院机关事务管理局财务司中勤会计师事务所、机械工业部财务司中和会计师事务所、北京华夏天海会计师事务所工作。并曾在北京金鹰包装制作有限公司担任财务总监、董事长助理、总经理等职。
廖建波 先生从业十几年来，一直潜心钻研业务，对企业改制、资产评估、财务审计、税收筹划等方面有深刻的理论上的领悟和实践操作经验。在《中国财经报》、《北京注册会计师通讯》、《集团经济》等报刊、杂志发表相关论文十多篇，主编有《企业改制的二十八个程序》。在实践操作过程中，主导和协助企业改制、企业重组、税收筹划、股权转让、财务顾问几百家，并得到企业的好评，目前兼任多家企业的财务顾问。
